Whenever you’re outdoors, wear sunglasses with 99 to 100 percent UVA and UVB protection.
Be Mindful of Screen Time
Electronic screens emit blue light that can harm the eyes and cause vision problems. When you use your electronic devices, keep tabs on the time, and schedule plenty of breaks to let the eyes rest. The 20/20/20 rule is an easy method to remember. Every 20 minutes, look up and focus on an object at least 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.
